We Make Sure...

WebSites meet accessibility standards. Statistics reveal that 80-90% of current web sites do not conform to standards set out in the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) in accordance with the World Wide Web Consortium (Wc3) Web Content Accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

Meet ing these standards will ensure that your site is accessible by as many people as possible. According to current statistics about 10% of the U. K population have some infirmity that hinders their enjoyment of the web. Meeting these standards means that people of this nature can actually enjoy your site and the internet at large. The benefit to you the client is that your site and its products and services will be accessible to a further 10% of the population. Your site will also be rearded as 'legal' under the Disability Descrimination Act 1995 (section III).

Accessibility standards are not just about making the sites more accessible. As a service provider Web Aspirations must create sites that conform to Priority level 1 (A), it is part of our legal and civil obligation. But more importantly from a clients perspective having a web site that conforms to industry standards should be the very least they can expect. We actually go further, we try to make all sites conform to 90% of the standards laid out in priority 2 (AA).

Standards! like these are incorporated into all of web aspirations online solutions.
